Greetings! The current weather forecast for Friday morning continues to predict snowfall with up to several inches of accumulation by 8:00 AM, which is likely to create hazardous road conditions for the morning commute. As a result, and with safety in mind, all KWCPS schools and offices will be closed for in-person learning on Friday, December 5. Students will have an asynchronous Flex/Remote Learning day at home. Maintenance/custodial staff will be contacted by their supervisor regarding work hours, if needed. We will continue to monitor weather, road, and facility conditions throughout the day and provide additional updates to families and staff as needed. Have a safe weekend ahead!

📗📘📙The Book Fair is coming to AES! See the flyer for details.
Due to the penny shortage, any change under .5 cents will automatically be placed in the "share the fair" funds. "Share the fair" is used to help students who are running a little short buy their books during the fair. Thank you for your understanding!

Get ready to make a difference and earn points for your house! 🥳
Our 5th Grade Student Leaders are spearheading a crucial Community Service Project: a canned food and boxed goods drive for our neighbors in need. This is a House Competition—the house that brings in the most donations wins big!

While all non-perishable food is welcome, our student leaders know these highly requested items can quickly stock the shelves at Cornerstone Community Development Center.
🧀 Microwavable Cups of Mac and Cheese
🥛 Shelf-Stable Milk and Orange Juice
🍗 Canned Chicken and Tuna
🥣 Mini Cereal Boxes

Every donation helps our student leaders reach their goal and supports a great cause. Please bring your donations to school between November 10-21. Let's show our student leaders how much our community cares and get those house points!
