King William County Public Schools Support Services

Employee of the Month

Tricia Butler

Congratulations to Patricia “Tricia” Butler, Support Services’ Employee of the Month for October 2019.  Tricia serves as the Division’s Information Systems Specialist and is responsible for managing all student data. The accuracy and management of student data is a HUGE responsibility and it requires in-depth knowledge of the many components of PowerSchool as well as many other related IT programs and systems. Tricia’s responsibilities are crucial to timely reporting to VDOE which in many instances is directly tied to school funding. Although Tricia is a solo act with a lot to do, whenever she is contacted to offer additional assistance or training, she does so without hesitation. We appreciate her fun-loving personality and how hard she works on behalf of our Division. Tricia also recently celebrated her 5-year anniversary with King William County Public Schools – so here’s to her for all she does and hoping for 20 more years of service (Just Kidding)!
