2020 FAF Craft Vendor Application

King William County Public Schools

Annual Fine Arts Festival

May 2, 2020   11am-4pm

Craft Vendors,

Welcome!  This year, the KWCPS Annual Fine Arts Festival will include crafters and vendors, raffles, concessions, food trucks, and entertainment.  The event will be advertised throughout the community and on social media.  We also ask that you share the event on your social media accounts to help ensure that it is a success. The purpose of the Annual Fine Arts Festival is to highlight student achievement in the Arts and showcase their talents with the community.

This event will take place May 2, 2020 at King William High School from 11am-4pm. Vendors will be set up in the cafeteria and should be finished by 10:45am. The doors will be opened at 9:00am to accommodate vendors' arrival and set up. Each vendor must stay until the end of the event and not tear down their booths until 4pm. The booth price for a 10 x 10 space is $20, vendors must provide their own tables and chairs.  We welcome sellers of handmade arts and crafts. We will limit the number of vendors from franchises (Tastefully Simple, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, Paparazzi, etc.) to ensure a diverse show.  Each vendor is asked to donate one item for the Fine Arts Raffle with proceeds to benefit the Fine Arts Programs at KWCPS. Please make sure that your item is given to Jacy Atkins prior to 10:30am on the day of the show.
